The 37th edition of the Tunisian Handicraft Creation Fair
This year the 37th edition of the Tunisian Handicraft Creation Fair (Salon De Création Artisanale) is scheduled from June 25 to July 4th 2021. It takes place at the Kram Exhibition Center, not far from the Tunisian capital of Tunis. The event has a long history, The National Handicrafts Office (ONA) started the tradition in 1982.
This year's edition means a lot to the participants as the fair was canceled last year due to the COVID-19 crisis.
This show is an opportunity to probe the latest trends and novelties both in tableware, rugs and weaving, interior and exterior decorative items, clothing, and handmade fashion accessories which are often heirs of ancestral know-how.
